What I have learned from career life - [introspection]
2009-05-09
Slow down, so that I may notice the most important logic details that keep the business running.
And then,
Speed up, so that I may keep pace with, even lead the business growth. -
Everything that can go wrong, will go wrong - [introspection]
2009-04-29
If there are natural laws that applies to everything I do, this is one of them:
-- "Everything that can go wrong, will go wrong."
This law sometimes seemed not obvious, because most of the time, I might have lost my mind and faith to investigate the causual connections after a careless failure, or lucky success.
I will not deceive myself by ignoring unobvious failures, or enjoying nominal successes.

Patience is a prerequisite ... - [introspection]
2009-04-28
Patience is a necessary, but not sufficient prerequisite for any practical achievements.
No matter how great my life' goal is, or how far or how fast I would move forward in future, I will have to do essential trivial tasks in advance. If I lose my patience and overlook basic knowledge or skills, I will most probably get lost in endless show-offs / interest-switchings and wander into somewhere I didn't expect to trap myself.
Refer to "side road model" for a picture illustration.

The relationship between productivity and sleep - [introspection]
2009-01-01
I use to think my brain productivity won't be affected too much if I stay up late, but I was wrong.
Enough sleep usually leads to a more productive brain when I am trying to fulfill a difficult task, either long-term or short-term. Because my brain usually works more efficiently when I get up earlier in the morning.
So my next step will be: try to form a better sleeping habit, always go to bed earlier so my mind will be more "fruitful" in the moring.
